Our operation requires that we operate on a reservation basis for those of our guests that we pick up at the
airports; local Guests have the option of making a reservation or call at least 2 hours prior to the time
services are needed. We pick you up at your home, place of business, hotel/Resort or the Orlando International
Airport and transport you to your final destination. Local guests can utilize our service for a variety of
assignments and are required to pay by cash or personal checks. In the event of charter trips reservation is
required at all times. We are cognizant that emergencies will arise and in such instance we will accommodate
all transportation requests, subject to availability on a cash only basis, irrespective of the time of
day or night. Guests/vacationers are allowed one half hour supermarket stop on their way from the airport to
purchase emergency items, but this must be arranged in advance at the time of reservation, whether or not
this time is utilized. We will do what is legal and reasonable to accommodate our guests. Some
guests/vacationers may wish to utilize the services of a small refrigerator or microwave for use
in their hotel. We have on hand a small inventory for such an event at a nominal fee. During your
vacation, those guests who do not wish to rent a car can utilize our
CitiTour on a daily basis,
and in such cases we will arrange their pick up and drop off points. Our guests can be assured that we
will be there on time to take them to their destinations, and be back to pick them up for their trip
home to their hotel or villa. We recognize that time is important to both our guests and ourselves, and
we ask that guests be ready at their requested scheduled pick up times. For our local guests who are
always in our thoughts we ask this of them as well.
