Reservation Information
  • For us to meet you in the airport, airport regulation mandates us to have a pre-arranged agreement with you in the form of a reservation containing your name, contact information, number in party and itinerary.
  • We will not provide your name, phone number, email address, or physical address to any third parties for any reason without your consent. Your assigned driver will be given your name, your itinerary, and if you choose to provide it to us, your cell phone number.
  • Reservations must be made well in advance of your travel dates, and are secured by full payment. If you do not wish to pay by credit card please call us and we'll be happy to assist.

What to Expect From Us

  • As Soon as you complete and submit the form your complete information will be displayed on a new page in a printable format. Please print and keep for your records.
  • We will email a copy of your reservation along with a confirmation number and specific information about where your driver will meet you.

Cancellation Information

  • We understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy for information regarding prepaid refunds. We understand that travel plans may change and that other travel plans may arise. Keeping that in mind Sunshine Shuttle has a very simple Cancellation policy. Just give us a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to your pick-up time and we will give you a full refund. This will normally show up on your account within two (2) business days depending on the Credit Card Company and the Issuing Bank. Sunshine Shuttle will not refund payment in the event of "No Show."
