Q. What's the difference between a luxury sedan service, Limousine
Service, Taxi and Shuttle Service?
A. a luxury Van
service is a personal, private, door to door car service which is reserved
exclusively for the passengers who have made advance reservations. Luxury Vans
typically seat either six or seven passengers while Limousines typically seat
up to ten passengers. Regulations require Luxury Vans services to have advance
reservation arrangements with the passengers they meet in the airport, at the
train station or at the cruise terminals.
A. Taxi service in this area is usually a metered sedan or van type
vehicle and price is determined by a combination of miles driven and time
required to make the trip. The average taxi service is approximately $2.00 per
mile.
A. Shuttle service is usually provided by a van or medium size bus which
transfers individuals or groups of individuals to one
or more locations in the same general area. Shuttle services typically charge a
flat rate per person for this service and for the individual
traveler, it's often the least expensive mode of transportation, but is not
usually the most convenient.

Q. Do I need a reservation to use your
service?
A. As a licensed
Service provider, we are licensed to meet & greet passengers who
have prearranged transportation with us in the form of a reservation. In order to
comply with these regulations, we require, your date, time, airline and flight
number.

Q. How many passengers can ride in the Luxury Sedan?
A. We use a Lincoln Town Car. The legal seating capacity
is 6 including the driver, so your reservation can include up to 5 passengers.
Insurance regulations preclude us from carrying in excess of the legal seating capacity,
regardless of size and weight Luxury Sedans rate listed are per vehicle, not
per person therefore the price does not increase with the number of passengers, nor does it
decrease if you are traveling alone.

Q. What about child safety car seats?
A. Florida law
requires certain age children to be in
child safety car seats. We encourage travelers to bring their own car
seats since your child will be more comfortable with the car seat he or she is
accustomed to. Most airlines allow car safety seats to be checked as luggage or
used on the aircraft, however, if you choose not to take your child's car
safety seat, we will ask you for the age and weight of your children so that we
can provide the proper type of car seat if required. Unused car child safety
seats limit our baggage carrying capacity, so we do not routinely carry them so
they need to be requested as a part of your reservation. There is a $6
additional charge per car safety seat if we provide them.

Q. How is payment handled?
A. People are sometimes
reluctant to pay for round trip service in advance. We do as a matter of policy
require that the entire round trip be paid in advance upon reservation in
accordance with the policy.
A. In the rare case when payments are not fully made in advance,
payments are made by cash or travelers check at your destination. Drivers can
not accept credit cards, so all credit card payments should be effected at
reservation.

Q. What about additional or ("hidden") charges?
A. Our posted rates include all charges for one-way service between the
points listed. The rates include our airport parking, access and loading fees,
which Disney requires us to pay to access to your "Magic Kingdom"
hotel, should you be staying there. The
only additional charges in our normal rate structure are as follows:
1. There is a $6 charge per car seat, per transfer if we are required to
provide them (We encourage you to bring your own).
2. There is a one-time flat fee of $10 per pickup and/or drop-off occurring between 11pm
and 6am.
3. For most reservations, driver gratuity is left up to our customers however;
a 20% gratuity is already added for prepaid reservations.

Q. What if my flight or train is delayed?
A. Because we monitor flights using real-time computer flight tracking, as long as we have your correct arriving
flight number we will probably know if you'll be delayed or if you'll be
arriving early. Usually, the flight tracking information we obtain is
very reliable
however, if you are delayed and you have the ability to
call us, it's always best to do so. If you are rerouted and your flight
number changes, the only way we can be expected to meet you is if you
call us prior to boarding your new flight. So please provide us
with timely
updates when changes do occur.
A. If arriving
by train, it's always a good idea to call us with updates. Unfortunately,
the information we obtain about train status is not always up to date. If
you have a cell phone with you, we would appreciate any updates which your
train conductor may be able to give you.

Q. Will my driver wait for me if my flight is delayed
substantially?
A. As long as you have a reservation with us and you
have given us the correct arriving flight number, your driver will be
waiting for you when you arrive. There is no additional charge for
delayed flights unless your flight arrives after 12 midnight, then a flat $10
charge
will be added to the total.

Q. Are there any additional charges for late night or
early morning pickups?
A. There is a $10 flat fee added for each pickup
time between 12 midnight and 6 am. This means if your flight arrives after
midnight or your return flight departs at a time which requires us to pick
you up before 6 am; a $10 charge will be added.

Q. Can we stop at a grocery or convenience store on the
way to our hotel?
A. Unscheduled stops at grocery or convenience stores
are made solely at the discretion of your driver. You may ask your driver
if he/she has time to stop however, driver schedules are created well in
advance, so drivers often are scheduled to make other pickups shortly after
your transfer or, they may have a personal obligation which would prevent them
from stopping. Drivers are under no obligation to stop unless
arrangements have been made in advance.
A. You may
schedule a grocery stop when you make your reservation with us. We will
then add an additional 30 minutes to the drivers schedule to ensure that he or
she has adequate time to stop prior to their next scheduled trip. Since
our drivers are not compensated by the hour, but earn according to the number
of transfers they complete, a $10 fee to compensate the driver is added to your
reservation.

Q. How do I know what time I need to be picked up for
my return trip to the airport or train station?
A. When you make your reservation with us, we routinely
schedule your return pickup time for 2-1/2 hours prior to your scheduled flight
departure time. However, you are free to establish a different time if
you are willing to take a chance that it will not jeopardize your ability to
board your return flight. We ask only that you don't wait until the last
minute to change your pickup time since our driver schedules are arranged well
in advance. Passenger check-in times vary greatly from airport to airport
and airline to airline so
it's always best to check with your airline to be sure.

Q. I need to cancel my trip. Do I need to pay a cancellation fee?
A. We understand that travel plans may change.
Please review our cancellation policy for information regarding prepaid refunds.
We understand that travel plans may change and that other travel plans may arise.
Keeping that in mind Sunshine Shuttle has a very simple Cancellation policy. Just give us a minimum
of twenty-four (24) hours prior to your pick-up time and we will give you a full refund. This will
normally show up on your account within two (2) business days depending on the Credit Card Company
and the Issuing Bank. Sunshine Shuttle will not refund payment in the event of "No Show."

Q. What's the difference between Orlando
Airport and Orlando Sanford
Airport?
A. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located
within the boundaries of the City of Orlando and
lies approximately six miles Southeast of downtown Orlando. Most major airlines both
domestic and international, service this airport. As of December, 2003,
in terms of passenger traffic, Orlando
International Airport
now ranks 15th largest in the country and 23rd largest in the world. It
is located approximately 20 miles Northeast of the Walt Disneyworld complex and
approximately 45 miles west of Port Canaveral, the seaside home of the Disney cruise line and
the world's 2nd busiest cruise terminal. Orlando International
Airport recently opened
its 4th major runway, making it one of the few airports in the country with the
ability to operate landings and departures from three runways simultaneously.
A. Orlando-Sanford
International Airport (SFD) is located within the boundaries of the City of Sanford and lies approximately 20 miles Northeast of
downtown Orlando or approximately 40 miles
Northeast of the Disneyworld complex.
The distance from Orlando-Sanford
Airport to Port Canaveral
is approximately 55 miles. Although Orlando Sanford
Airport is small in
comparison to Orlando International, many travelers, especially our European
neighbors are finding bargain flights into this airport and are enjoying the
hassle-free environment often associated with airports of this size.

Q. I'm arriving by train, which Amtrak station should I
go to?
A. We pick up only at the Orlando
Amtrak (ORL) Station which is located in downtown Orlando. Although
there is a station located in the City of Kissimmee,
which is near Walt Disneyworld, we feel it is more convenient and takes less
time from the Orlando Amtrak Station (ORL) to travel to most of the
attractions.

hotels and then take a 3, 4 or 7 day cruise from Port Canaveral. Again,
we can provide a package price which will allow you to choose the exact times
you wish to be picked up for all of your transfers between the hotel and the
port.

Q. Why do I need to prepay at reservation?
A.
Prepayment has become the industry standard for Travel Related Reservations. Prepayment helps us reduce
no-shows and Fraudulent Reservations and helps us keep costs down. In addition, prepayment is a much easier
and more convenient way for our guests to use our service and ensures that we are available for your return
trip. We recognize that many of our Guests prefer pay for Travel Related Expenses by Credit Card. Once you arrive
at your destination you simply sign for the ride instead of waiting for change or to get a Credit Card
approval. Of course, if you wish to pay by cash, feel free to call us and we'll be happy to assist.
